Bio

Michael Barnacle is a Partner in Corcoran Icon Properties and the District Office Manager for our Upper Market Office in San Francisco. He also leads our Commercial Real Estate Group throughout California and Nevada.

Michael relocated to San Francisco from Boston in 2012, following a career with brokerages in Boston and Rhode Island in the residential and commercial markets. Immediately upon moving to San Francisco he quickly achieved top producer status and Top Agent Network membership, before taking on his leadership role in 2015.

Michael has trained, coached, and mentored agents at all experience levels. His passion for the business has created an impressive roster of satisfied clients and successful agents and agent teams.

Michael has served on the Board and Executive Committee for the San Francisco Association of Realtors and is a Board Member of the Women's Council of Realtors.  Currently he is Chairman of the Manager’s Council. He also served as President of the Board of the United Irish Cultural Center of San Francisco, and traveled on a mission with the late Mayor Ed Lee to our sister city of Cork, Ireland. He has greeted visiting Irish dignitaries at our City Hall and other venues, including two Irish Prime Ministers.

Enjoys travel, the outdoors, and the study of ancestry and his Irish heritage.
